    PDF ´ BOOK The Fundamental Techniues of Classic Pastry Arts The Fundamental Techniues of Classic Pastry ArtsSo I bought this book because as a home cook who loves baking I got to a point as a beginner where I was merwly following recipes if it fails I just keep trying or try a different recipe I didn't know what causes the failure and if the outcome doesn't agree with my own pallete I do not know how to modify eitherSo I decided to go find a book which can tell me in the architecture science what role does every ingredient in baking play so I can actually understand my recipes and identify my mistakes rather than just copying step to step recipe like a robotSo this book for the first 80 something pages was fantastic for me
